Multi Screen IDE
Not sure If this is possible even with PWA but it if it it would be amazing if I could work on my project on multiple displays. Maybe a button that opens another tab/window and a drag and drop to a spot that moves it to the other "display".

IDX is using an outdated version of Flutter (3.13.4). We are currently on version 3.16.3. How can we update it?
69 votesThe version of Flutter is now on the latest stable, and you will be able to use flutter upgrade to move versions if needed for new projects. To see this in action, create a new project or migrate an older Flutter project to a new one.

Support Python Web Frameworks
Firebase introduced support for building apps using web frameworks built on Python. Project IDX today doesn’t support them currently, but this is something that we want to add support for.

Laravel environment
I was trying with a laravel project, and felt the need for all laravel requirements, like php, composer, npm, etc. It would be great to have a sort of Laravel template that comes with latest components. I say this because I wanted to install php8 but this container distribution only allows me php7

Preserving github login and permissions
Each the vm gets assigned to the project, user has to login and authorize the github to sync the changes.
So, it would be nice to have a feature where the cookies set by github can be transferred to new vm and user does not get prompted to sign in each time user gets a new vm.
