Allow use of TypeScript on "Blank" projects
By default, a new blank project doesn't permit you to select TypeScript as a language, but it should.

Yes! With our planned Nix support landing soon, we have a big action item to update the in-built templates and revamp the "New Project" experience to increase discoverability. Stay tuned for this template and others.
