Allows viewing logs of web previews (the webserver logs)
I am not able to see the logs of the web preview that is used by the environment. After launching my environment (using nextjs), I use the web preview but I am not able to view the server logs. If I log information on the server or in an action, there's no way to view them.

Flutter previews (IOS)
Well, I think that in the first instance I could suggest to correct a small problem that IOS previews have because perhaps depending on the size of the device that is being used the image quality and visibility of the texts is affected, another thing I saw is that when using useMaterial3: true the result is not very similar to doing it using the android emulator or ios locally.
ah and if you can put the theme monokai ocean would be super hahaha.25 votes -
Allow physical device connection for flutter
It would be totally awesome if you could use a real device to debug your apps in Flutter. I know it might be impossible, at least for IOS since compilation occurs in an insolated virtual container that is not linked in anyway to your device. However in Android it might be more feasible, since Android it's more flexible with security. This would make Flutter development accessible to anyone, I would totally switch my macbook for this.

IOS SIMULATOR BUG
Attention Project IDX Team, there's an issue with the simulator not simulating when lib files are changed in Flutter. Interestingly, Android runs normally. Please investigate and address this anomaly promptly. Thank you.

Make mapped URLs to work seamlessly between projects
If I have different services across different projects (E. g. an Angular font end and an NestJS back end) there should be a way to set the jwt cookie automatically for the front end to communicate with the backend in the preview despite the back end and front end being in different IDX projects

Better out of the box preview for plain HTML+CSS+JS site
I cloned my static HTML+CSS+JS site.
On a local machine, I could literally double click index.html and get an instant preview. If I wanted to be a bit more fancy, I'd spin upnpx serve
I expected IDX to display a small "preview" icon at the top right when opening an HTML file. It claims support for web, but isn't able to preview the most basic web page out of the box.

Generating a QR Code to make it easy to test on my phone!
While I can copy/paste a preview URL and have it working on my phone, sometimes that doesn't work - especially if my phone is on a different account than my OS. Or if I'm on an operating system that doesn't support all of this nicely.
It would be great to have a QR generator where I can preview my Web app or Flutter app directly on my phone with no added friction. It should "just work".

Mobile Preview Support for Web Apps
Worldwide, many users browse the internet on their mobile devices. We want to make it easier to test your web app more accurately across Android and iOS devices to catch any quirks (differing native UI, varying screen sizes, rendering engine bugs, etc.) the mobile environments may introduce.
